Shipping Rates - UK
All standard UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.99 per order.
We offer FREE UK Delivery on orders over £50.
Standard UK shipping times are 3-4 days.
We also offer Priority shipping for £4.99 using Royal Mail Tracked 24® which you can select at checkout. Royal Mail aims to deliver these the following working day.
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or Bank holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
For all orders you will receive a notification with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.
All our deliveries are carbon neutral

Shipping Rates and Estimates - International
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout along with an estimated delivery. Unfortunately we are not able to ship all products to all countries - if your region cannot receive delivery of your selected product then this will be made clear prior to checkout.
Your international order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Edith & George is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number and link. Your tracking number will become live when your item is first scanned after collection from us. Depending on whether you have selected Standard (Free) Shipping or Priority Shipping the first scan, and so data available on the tracking, may be a few hours or up to 24 hours after you receive the dispatch notification email.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@edithandgeorge.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see our full returns and refund policy here.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@edithandgeorge.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition so we can address the problem quickly and make it right for you.
